Online Order Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Wire Transfer, ACH and Purchase Orders from governments, schools and Fortune 500 companies.

We also offer open net term accounts to qualified customers.

Online Order Processing

We guarantee same day shipping for online orders of IN STOCK items placed before 4pm EST.

For out of stock items, we will contact you immediately with estimated delivery date and alternative options.

FREE Ground Shipping

We offer free domestic ground shipping for all online orders. Unlike other website, there is no minimum order amount required and no exceptions.

FREE Return Shipping

With Neteon's 30-day Free Return Policy, there are no special catches and no exception. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us within 30 days of your invoice date, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label to return the product back to us for full refund.

All we ask is that you send the products back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the product is in the same condition.

Special Orders

Special Order, Custom Order and NCNR (Non Cancelable Non Returnable) Order are not cancellable and not returnable after the orders are confirmed and accepted for processing.

We will communicate these types of orders to our customers both verbally and via email during order confirmation process to avoid any miscommunication.

Project Evaluation Program

We want to make sure we always provide the best and most ideal solution to our customers, so we offer a flexible Project Evaluation Program to allow our customers to test a product adequately for the important project they are working on. Please contact our sales team for details about the program.

DOA (Dead On Arrival) Product

In the rare event when you receive a DOA product, please contact us immediately and we will expedite the return and replacement process of the DOA product to minimize your inconvenience.

Product Warranty

The products we resell usually come with one to five-year manufacturer's warranty effective from the date of your invoice, so please keep the invoice during the warranty period. The manufacturer's warranty generally covers both parts and labor under normal operating condition as defined in the product user manual.

Product Repair

For defective products, please contact us to obtain assistance and RMA return instructions.

For Canadian Customers

Upon request, we can provide CCI (Canadian Custom Invoice) and NAFTA Certificate of Origin documents to speed up custom clearance process for shipments going into Canada.
