Shipping from NJ & CA
We now have offices in both New Jersey (headquarters) and California. Our new Jersey office covers the Eastern and Central states, while our California Office covers all Western states. This allows us to cover the whole country easily which is a great benefit for our customers.
• Regular returnable items can be returned for refund within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, due to manufacturer's various restrictions, please contact our sales team for details.
• Special Orders, Custom Orders, Non-Cancelable & Non Returnable (NCNR) items cannot be returned and such products will be noted accordingly on our quotations and invoices.
• Please always return the products in their original packaging and un-used conditions. All returned products are subject to inspection, damaged products and missing items could be rejected or additional restocking fee may apply.
• Prior to any return, please contact us to obtain RMA return instructions.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Products
In the rare event when you receive a DOA product, please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date and we will assist you to expedite the return and replacement process immediately.
Our products are sold with 1 to 5-year manufacturer warranty effective from the date of your purchase. Please always reserve the product invoice for the warranty record. The warranty covers both parts and labor under normal operating condition as defined in the product user manual.
