Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit payments, wire transfers and purchase orders from Federal and State government agencies, schools, university, research facilities and major corporations. We also offer a Net30 open credit account to qualified customers. Please contact us for details. Most in-stock items can ship with in 24 hours of your purchase. If your order is placed by 3:00pm ET and your item(s) are in stock, your item(s) will ship out that same day. If you have a large quantity order, please contact our sales staff for availability and delivery schedule estimate. All orders are shipped FOB New Jersey. For Canadian Customers Upon request, we can provide CCI (Canadian Custom Invoice) and NAFTA Certificate of Origin documents to speed up custom clearance process for shipments going to Canada. If you require large quantities or are unsure about a product, please take advantage of our 30-day evaluation program. Under your Account, you can file for a case and our support team will respond ASAP. You can respond back and forth until your request is fulfilled. Order and Processing We pledge to give you fast and up-to-date order and processing with updates and notifications. We now have offices in both New Jersey (headquarters) and California. Our new Jersey office covers the Eastern and Central states, while our California Office covers all Western states. This allows us to cover the whole country easily which is a great benefit for our customers. Return Policy • Regular returnable items can be returned for refund within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, due to manufacturer's various restrictions, please contact our sales team for details. Dead On Arrival (DOA) Products In the rare event when you receive a DOA product, please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date and we will assist you to expedite the return and replacement process immediately.
Warranty Our products are sold with 1 to 5-year manufacturer warranty effective from the date of your purchase. Please always reserve the product invoice for the warranty record. The warranty covers both parts and labor under normal operating condition as defined in the product user manual. Repairs For any defective product, please contact our sales staff to obtain assistance, RMA number and return instructions.
