RMA Request

If your product needs servicing or repair, please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. A support representative will respond to your RMA within 1 business day. Please note an RMA number must be assigned before any products can be sent to Neteon. To check the status of an existing RMA request or for any further assistance, you can contact our customer service at rma@neteon.net

There are specific RMA instructions that need to be followed before sending in your items.

  • Please attach a copy of the RMA paper when you ship returned items.
  • For repairs, please do not include accessories such as cables, power adapters, CDs, or manuals
  • For returns for credit, make sure all the parts are returned in complete packaging for full credit refund. (20% re-stock fee may apply if any product is returned damaged or missing manuals, cables, boxes etc.)
  • If the product is deemed non-returnable at Neteon's sole discretion, no credit will be given.
