Specifically, we offer 30-day evaluation, 24 hours online ordering, same-day shipping and live professional technical support for all our products.

Our many customers include Federal and State Government, Fortune 500 Corporations, Schools, Universities, Research Facilities, Industrial Automation System Integrators and Value-added Resellers.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Support. Items must be returned to us via UPS (or similar service) properly insured, with the receipt, within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund less the original shipping charge (if applicable). Software is not returnable if opened. Special orders, large quantities or custom items may not be returnable or maybe subject to a restocking charge. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibilities.

Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to Neteon. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Neteon to process your RMA. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

Protecting your online ordering information is our priority. We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit payments, wire transfers and purchase orders from Federal and State government agencies, schools, university, research facilities and major corporations.

30-Day Evaluation Program

We offer 30-day evaluation program on most of our products, please contact us to verify availability and program details.

The evaluation program is available ONLY for the initial purchase of a product by each customer (limited quantity applied for the evaluation order).

At the end of the evaluation period, the customer can choose to pay and keep the product or return it in the original packaging condition for full refund (less the original shipping charge). If the product is not returned in the original packaging condition, we reserve the right to charge appropriate re-stocking fee. Please contact us to obtain RMA number before returning the evaluation product.

Shipping

Most products are stock items and can ship same-day if order is received before 3PM Eastern time. For large quantity orders, please contact our sales staff for availability and delivery schedule estimate. All orders are shipped FOB New Jersey. For international order, any duties, taxes and broker fees are sole responsibility of the recipient customer.

Warranty

Our products are sold with 1 to 5-year manufacturer warranty effective from the date of your purchase. Please always reserve the product invoice for the warranty record. The warranty covers both parts and labor under normal operating condition as defined in the product user manual.

Repairs

For any defective product, please contact our sales staff to obtain assistance, RMA number and return instruction.

For Canadian Customers

Upon request, we can provide CCI (Canadian Custom Invoice) and NAFTA Certificate of Origin documents to speed up custom clearance process for shipments going to Canada.
